Meaghan Denholm is a solicitor at Cheney Suthers Lawyers, advising businesses and individuals on commercial and business law, employment law and litigation across New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and has several years of experience supporting and now running complex commercial matters.

Meaghan began at the firm in a paralegal role (a deliberate choice), which gave her a thorough grounding in legal process, evidence and file preparation. That experience shapes the way she practises today. Clients benefit from her methodical approach, her close attention to detail and her focus on practical, cost-effective outcomes.

Meaghan’s areas of practise focus on commercial and business law, including contract preparation, disputes, debt recovery and advice for business owners; employment law, including preparation of employment agreements and other documents, workplace disputes, unfair dismissal and general protections claims; and commercial litigation and insurance law, including TPD and superannuation claims.

Meaghan is known for her precision and her commitment to the quality of every piece of work she produces. Clients can expect clear communication and careful preparation from the first conversation through to resolution.

Outside the office, Meaghan volunteers her time teaching ethics to primary school students, reflecting a thoughtful, values-driven approach to life and work. She is also a keen crocheter, and brings the same creativity and patience to her craft that she brings to her legal work.
