Kim Wilkinson is a Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Assistant at Cheney Suthers Lawyers, bringing over eight years of experience to her role since joining the firm in 2017. Kim works with individuals and families across New South Wales to make property transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Kim completed her Conveyancing Law and Practice qualification at Macquarie University in 2023 and obtained her conveyancing license in early 2024. She combines that formal expertise with years of practical, hands-on experience in conveyancing and legal administration, giving her clients the benefit of both knowledge and familiarity with the process from start to finish.

Known for her high energy and approachable nature, Kim takes genuine pride in her dedication to every matter she handles. She understands that buying or selling property is one of the most significant transactions her clients will undertake, and she works hard to keep the process clear, efficient and as straightforward as possible.
