Client Services Coordinator

Coralie Guy is the Head Receptionist at Cheney Suthers Lawyers, serving as the first point of contact for clients across the firm’s full range of legal services including family law, property law, conveyancing, commercial and business law, litigation and estate planning.

With seven years of experience at Cheney Suthers, Coralie brings a level of warmth, professionalism and consistency to the front desk that sets the tone for every client relationship the firm builds. She understands that for many people, contacting a law firm can feel daunting, and she takes genuine pride in ensuring that every client, whether calling, emailing or walking through the door, is met with a calm, welcoming and efficient response.

Coralie manages the day-to-day coordination of the firm’s front-of-house operations, including client intake, appointment scheduling, telephone and email communications, and general administrative support across the practice.
