Amanda Ferrier is a Solicitor at Cheney Suthers Lawyers, practising predominantly in estate planning, probate and succession law in New South Wales. Amanda also has a keen interest in property law and criminal law, bringing a broad legal perspective to her work across the firm.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and was admitted as a solicitor in August 2022. Her connection to Cheney Suthers runs deeper than most, having joined the firm in 2015 while completing her law degree. Over those years, Amanda gained hands-on experience across a wide range of legal matters, building a thorough understanding of legal practice and client service well before her admission to the profession.

In her estate planning and probate practice, Amanda assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, probate applications and succession planning, guiding individuals and families through what can often be a complex and emotionally significant process. Her approachable manner and genuine care for her clients reflect the values of the Cheney Suthers team.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her interest in photography.
