Kirsty Evans


Kirsty offers a unique approach to commercial law. She is focused on achieving a timely and collaborative resolution for her clients to ensure the continued growth of their business with minimal interruption to day to day operations.

Kirsty has a wealth of experience in asset protection for commercial transactions including corporate and non-corporate structuring options. She is passionate about ensuring the future protection of her clients’ business and can assist in the preparation of commercial legal documents for the sale, purchase or restructure of your enterprise.

Away from the office, Kirsty carries on a family farming partnership with her husband. Her interest outside of the law has resulted in Kirsty working with a number of rural families to plan the future of the farming enterprise and family farm including advice on and the eligibility for intergenerational farming transfers.

Kirsty also holds a Masters of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Commercial Litigation with particular expertise in contracts, civil disputes and dispute resolution.
